I am facing problem in environment since last few days. Like working in the environment for a long time, suddenly the brightness is getting very bright, then I have to turn off the key shot and turn it back on again… So I require you to suggest me something…

It sounds a bit like something changes the scale of the scene. Maybe because you import new geometry and have the option on it should scale the environment to fit the new geometry?
So check the scale of the environment would be my suggestion.

I guess, you hit the arrow keys that controls enironment settings by default.
I just cleared them in the preferences.
i did this too. pretty annoying default. Not once ever did I say that it would be nice to be able to play with the environment brightness quickly.
clearing this hotkeys gives you also the benefit to click into scene tree and then navigate via arrow keys - up and down and also right to open groups and left to close a group or move to next parent node. Just like in a file explorer.
Very handy in large scene trees!!!
NO WAY!!! I know I cleared those shortcuts, but I never really used them for anything else!

The only thing is, that you have to click once in the scene tree!
